Our privacy statement here at the Betty Charles Clinic is clear and simple.

1. For Agony Advice, Life Coaching and Virtual P.A. services, we will never use your email address for any other purpose other than to reply to your question.
   
   
2. We do not and will not ever sell your details on to a third party.
   
   
3. We will not bombard your email address with marketing mails.
   
   
4. We collect absolutely no personal information and will honour your privacy. Unless personal information is provided to us for the Lifestyle PA services.
   
   
5. We use Pay Pal only as a payment facility and our business account with them is set to provide us with only your email details to enable us to reply to paid requests.
   
   
6. No banking details will ever be divulged to us, nor any residence details or contact numbers.
   
   
7. We have no affiliation with Pay Pal and therefore have no client information collected on our behalf from them.
   
   
8. Any personal information provided to us by you (for Lifestyle PA services) will be held and used for such purposes and will never be distributed or sold to any third party organisation.
   
   
9. The Betty Charles Clinic is strictly against Spam and we hold a very dim view on such marketing ways. We will never be involved or agree to participate in such mailings.
